A: Since "comfy" means something different to everyone, we provide a detailed size guide on every product page. Most of our items have a relaxed fit. If you prefer a more tailored look, we recommend sizing down; for that extra-roomy "cloud" feel, size up!
Q: Do your sweatpants or hoodies shrink in the wash?
A: We use pre-shrunk cotton blends to ensure that the fit you buy is the fit you keep. To maintain the original shape and length, we recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low.
Material & Quality
Q: Will the fleece jacket or hoodie pill over time?
A: We use high-density, anti-pilling fleece. This means the fabric stays smooth and soft even after multiple washes and high-friction wear.
Q: Are your hoodies thick enough for winter?
A: Our "Heavyweight" line is designed for sub-zero lounging and outdoor layering, featuring over 400 GSM (grams per square meter) thickness. Our "Lightweight" line is better suited for spring breezes and indoor AC.
Q: Is the interior of the sweatpants "scratchy"?
A: Never. The interior of our sweatpants and hoodies is brushed fleece, which creates a buttery-soft texture against the skin from the very first wear.
Care & Maintenance
Q: How do I keep my fleece jacket looking "fluffy"?
A: To keep the loft of your fleece, avoid fabric softeners (which can clog the fibers) and hang it to air dry whenever possible. A quick "air fluff" in the dryer for 5 minutes can help restore its texture.
Q: Do the colors fade after washing?
A: We use reactive dyes that bond to the fabric fibers. This ensures your blacks stay deep and your pastels stay vibrant, wash after wash.
